I'm 70, so I've been around doctors on and off for, well, 70 years. Nowdays, most of my care is concentrated at one very large, very diverse practice that allows me to see one or another doctor at the same place. However, they are not diverse enough to have an ENT on staff. Over several years the quality of my hearing has diminished significantly. I constantly had copious amounts of some kind of fluid in my outer ear (for several years) that I thought was related to my wearing ear plugs to drown out a certain person's snoring. Browsed Google and found this practice and liked what I saw; plus they are in my neighborhood at W 34th and West Ave, close to UT, Seton, Etc. So I made an appointment to see Dr. Fyfe. I arrived early morning to be greeted by the most upbeat, cheerful, lovely staff who checked me in. Compliments to Sarah and Christine at the front desk. I have have almost never been made to feel as welcome at just about any business. Kudos to them and their employer for that. Although I got there 30 minutes early, I was shown into an exam room without much of a wait. The nurse, Shawn, was friendly and seemed quite competent. Again, a great asset to the practice. As I implied, I've seen lots of doctors, and some were really great in every respect, meeting all my expectations for a medical professional - maybe 10% of them I'd recommend to others. I have to say Dr. Fyfe fits right at the top of those outstanding doctors. I was pleased with every aspect of his care. Just an outstanding doctor. Based on all of this, I highly recommend this practice, and I feel comfortable saying that if you go there, you will be happy with the results. Thanks, ENTS.

Dr. Nason is my favorite doctor. He is so kind and friendly, but more importantly he is a great doctor. I have been using Dr. Nason for several years now and am very happy with him.

Dr. Taheri and his staff were amazing. We went in because my 11yr old daughter could not seem to kick a sinus infection. Turned out she needed her tonsils and adenoids out! Surgery went great and she can breathe! No more mouth breathing or snoring! Very happy with the staff as they were very attentive.

I had been to several ENTs in Austin and I often felt dismissed or was rushed out of the office after a quick visit. Dr. Young took her time to go over my symptoms and case (which was complicated). She was thorough, patient and really listened to my story. She was educated about more obscure inner ear issues like vestibular migraines and made sure to look into all possible causes of my symptoms. I would highly recommend her!

Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Young and the staff at ENT Specialists of Austin. I had to go through major surgery on my sinuses and they were so incredibly nice and helpful throughout the whole process. I could tell how much Dr. Young genuinely cared about fixing everything and she communicated with me often about everything pre-op and post-op. Highly recommend seeing her if you have sinus problems.

When I first saw Dr.Young it was a referral from my PCP. After discussing my issues we decided surgery was the best option to eradicate the ongoing problem. She did a phenomenal job and was very quick. Her bedside manner was top notch and she really listened to some issues I had after surgery and addressed them immediately to ensure I was taken care of and could recover. I would highly recommend Dr.Young.
