What a GREAT first visit I had today! I was greeted immediately with a smile and a welcome when walking through the door and checked in before I could catch my breath. I was called back before my actual appointment time by Brandie, who was cheerful, kind, an attentive listener, empathic, and respectful. Bonus was that she took my blood pressure manually vs the UNRELIABLE and INACCURATE digital cuffs that so many doctor’s offices use these days. Brandie was amazing and I can’t say enough good things about her. Dr. Mason was excellent as well. I was feeling anxious and nervous because I was no longer experiencing the symptoms I had when I originally scheduled my appointment, yet I didn’t want to cancel because I wanted to establish myself as a patient there and didn’t want him to feel I was wasting his time. I explained that to him and he took it in stride, while maintaining a good sense of humor, and made me feel at ease. This practice does it right! My stepdad was an internist with his own private practice at Medical Park Tower for 43 years and my mom is retired R.N. I learned a LOT from them and Dr. Nason and his team get an A+. Thank you!

I was dealing with sudden hearing loss in one ear … very frightening. Dr. Hansen was able to see me quickly, explain treatment options, and put me at ease about doing a procedure to treat the problem. I would highly recommend Dr. Hansen and all of his staff.

Everything was above expectations from the staff to my surgery with Dr. Nason. I appreciate all the care I was given before, during and after my surgery. We travelled from San Antonio for this service and were not disappointed. Thanks again !!

Everyone is so friendly, they’re efficient with their time, and I always feel like I’m in good hands when I’m there. I started seeing Dr Young in January for an issue and have seen her several times in the last few months - I really appreciate how thorough and patient she is as she walks me through each step of my treatment. I highly recommend her and her office for anyone seeking ENT care.

Dr. Nason is an excellent ENT physician. He is a great listener and very thorough in his examination.

I’m new to Austin and needed a new allergy doctor. They retested me and recommended a different path to my treatment. It is so much better for me. Off of medications and feeling better. Everyone is so friendly and professional. They listen and give advise that fits your needs. I highly recommend.
