Dr. Nason is the most able ENT doctor I ever met in my 89 years

Dr Young and her staff have consistently met me with human to human professional effective care. They really know what they’re doing, and what they’re doing works. No stress and no nonsense. Simply: the best in my considerable experience.

I called this morning to see if I could get an appointment in the next several days and the scheduler said we can get you in this afternoon. I did the online registration for new patients and it was super easy. I got to my appointment and checked in and waited less than five minutes before they called me back. The audiologist did a thorough exam and then Dr. Mothersole came in shortly after and did an exam and laid out a path moving forward. It was a very pleasant experience and I’m so glad I called ENT Specialist of Austin.

Love this practice! My son received ear tubes a year ago with Dr. Nason and it’s been a life saver for us. Our experience in-office has always been amazing. Clean, amazing office and staff, punctual, and Dr. Nason never makes you feel rushed. They have also been quick and easy to work with on the backend for billing needs. Very grateful to be a part of this practice!

What a GREAT first visit I had today! I was greeted immediately with a smile and a welcome when walking through the door and checked in before I could catch my breath. I was called back before my actual appointment time by Brandie, who was cheerful, kind, an attentive listener, empathic, and respectful. Bonus was that she took my blood pressure manually vs the UNRELIABLE and INACCURATE digital cuffs that so many doctor’s offices use these days. Brandie was amazing and I can’t say enough good things about her. Dr. Mason was excellent as well. I was feeling anxious and nervous because I was no longer experiencing the symptoms I had when I originally scheduled my appointment, yet I didn’t want to cancel because I wanted to establish myself as a patient there and didn’t want him to feel I was wasting his time. I explained that to him and he took it in stride, while maintaining a good sense of humor, and made me feel at ease. This practice does it right! My stepdad was an internist with his own private practice at Medical Park Tower for 43 years and my mom is retired R.N. I learned a LOT from them and Dr. Nason and his team get an A+. Thank you!

I was dealing with sudden hearing loss in one ear … very frightening. Dr. Hansen was able to see me quickly, explain treatment options, and put me at ease about doing a procedure to treat the problem. I would highly recommend Dr. Hansen and all of his staff.
