Our 3-year-old loves Dr. Mothersole! She is cheery and always has a smile on her face. She is straightforward regarding treatment and did a great job with her ear tube surgery, which was organized well with the surgery center. She has always run on time for us. Everyone at this practice is great with her including the medical assistants. The audiologists are awesome too, very patient. Would highly recommend for little ones and grown ups alike. They have moved to the address on New Hope, for any other long time patients. It’s a little tricky finding their new office, as there is construction going on around them as of Oct. 2023. But their new place is so roomy, no more waiting in the hall!

Came here after another ENT struggled to help with a two month double ear infection.. Dr Kelsey Mothersole had it feeling better within 24 hours! Her bedside manner was top notch. Highly recommend! I am thankful to be hearing well and no longer having pain in my ears!

Danielle, the audiologist, was fantastic—explained everything well, was very patient. The tech who did vitals was also very friendly and explained what was going to happen. My granddaughter is hearing impaired and sees Dr. Young. At age 13, she especially appreciates medical staff that are patient and explain things thoroughly. Dr Young was very knowledgeable and compassionate.
