The office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had to wait a long time. Dr Hansen was friendly and caring. We have had nothing but a great experience with the office!
From the scheduler, to the receptionist, audiologist, physician assistant, and Dr Young, my experience could not have been better. Excellent practice in a warm, inviting environment.
Nice office and friendly staff. My son is autistic and his provider catered to his needs.
ENT Specialists were professional, friendly, and very helpful with my hearing situation. I highly recommend them!
Really top notch practice. Highly recommend.
Friendliest front desk staff of any office I’ve ever been to!
I’ve seen several of the physicians here at both locations. Everyone from the phone scheduler to the front desk, MA’s and doctors were incredibly caring, considerate, and great at what they do. I’ve been to many doctors, and by far, this is the best experience I’ve had!
Great experience! Everyone was wonderful. Dr Nason was very personable and professional as was his staff!
My only gripe is with Phreesia, the patient information service that they use. EDIT: I'll elaborate since the owner asked for clarification. Phreesia feels like it's designed primarily to mine patients' medical data and cater to advertisers, not to aid communication between clinics or directly improve this clinic's service to patients. It asks many irrelevant, invasive questions, which creates an extremely long first-time visit and a lingering sense of discomfort about privacy. Additionally, the UI is simply devious. I was asked to subscribe to a paid service by three screens in a row. (Once would have been more than enough. Navigating advertising should *never* be a precondition for receiving medical care.) Moreover, after clicking the first two screens' buttons to decline, the location--but not the appearance--of the third screen's decline and accept buttons switched. (See the attached screenshots, which may be out of order.) Despite Phreesia's convenience for the clinic, they cannot be trusted to act in the best interest of the clinic's patients.
