Great doctors great practise . Patient uptake form was super desktop friendly and convenient to pre-fill. Dr Hansen was my specialist and he’s great. Definitely recommend this great practise. PS- they have their own parking lot right outside can’t beat that for convenience in an otherwise busy part of austin

From the first phone call until the completion of my first visit experience was excellent at all levels. Very friendly and efficient front desk personnel!

Dr. Hansen and his crew was great! Dr. Hansen was really attentive to my issues, and took his time with me. Sabrina, she was the one that performed my hearing test. She explained the different parts of the ear really well, and what each part of the test does. Chris was the MA, he was nice when he tooled my vitals. Shanon the front desk lady is awesome! She helped me get all my paperwork squared away. Their facility was also clean, bright, and parking was easy.

Dr.Nason has been fabulous. Ashley in medical records is also lovely and always very helpful.

Every person I interacted with on my visit was exceptional! They were nice, welcoming and answered all questions that I had. I highly recommend this practice!

The wait time is pretty long, and even though I do all possible pre checks online, I still wait an extra 30 to 40 minutes, which is not right. However, I can't help but mention how professional, knowledgeable, and friendly Dr. Rober Nason is. I had multiple appointments and a surgery with him. Always patient, attentive, and helpful It would be awesome to have an appointment conducted on time, though.

Today was my first visit to this office, and I was seen by Dr. Kelsey Mothersole. I can't express how sweet and professional she is. I felt so overwhelmed with my visit, because I arrived to the office late. I felt like I pushed their whole schedule behind. On top of that my toddler was just running around in the room and I felt like I was annoying the staff, but everyone was so sweet and understanding especially Dr. Kelsey. She made me feel so comfortable and I've never had a doctor that made me feel like I'm being actively listened to like she is. Great office, wonderful staff and literally the best ENT I've met. Highly recommend!
