Every person I interacted with on my visit was exceptional! They were nice, welcoming and answered all questions that I had. I highly recommend this practice!

The wait time is pretty long, and even though I do all possible pre checks online, I still wait an extra 30 to 40 minutes, which is not right. However, I can't help but mention how professional, knowledgeable, and friendly Dr. Rober Nason is. I had multiple appointments and a surgery with him. Always patient, attentive, and helpful It would be awesome to have an appointment conducted on time, though.

Today was my first visit to this office, and I was seen by Dr. Kelsey Mothersole. I can't express how sweet and professional she is. I felt so overwhelmed with my visit, because I arrived to the office late. I felt like I pushed their whole schedule behind. On top of that my toddler was just running around in the room and I felt like I was annoying the staff, but everyone was so sweet and understanding especially Dr. Kelsey. She made me feel so comfortable and I've never had a doctor that made me feel like I'm being actively listened to like she is. Great office, wonderful staff and literally the best ENT I've met. Highly recommend!

Had been to two doctors in the previous 2 weeks that both diagnosed me incorrectly and had me on the wrong medication. I was in acute pain for a week. In 5 minutes, this doctor realized the actual problem and got me some relief right away. She prescribed the correct medication and now I'm on the mend. Thank you!!

Great doctors and staff at ENT Specialists of Austin. All went smoothly with the Inspire implant procedure. Everyone in the office we spoke with was super nice and responsive. Very well run practice. Highly recommend Dr. Nason.

This is an amazing practice! From making the appointment to being seen by a doctor, a 10/10 experience.

ENT Specialists are outstanding. Their clinic in Cedar Park was convenient. My doctor explained everything to me clearly. He "scoped" my nasal passages (easy/painless) and was able to tell what the issue was that I have been experiencing. Great visit!

Thank you Dr. Hansen for fitting me into your schedule twice while I was from out of town. I greatly appreciated it. Also, thanks for explaining everything ear related to me. I highly recommend this practice.

We had a good experience with our 2yo. Dr Hansen got his tonsils+adenoids removed, happy with the result.
