Super easy visit, great care from everyone involved. Felt supported all the way through. Highly recommend

Finally I found an amazing ENT doctor. Being referred by a friend to Dr Mothersole was the best referral I have ever had. I have had two previous sinus surgery’s from “top” ENT surgeons over the years and both ended up being two surgeries from post bleeding. This time, after being sick and on steroids and antibiotics for a month, I was scheduled for another surgery with another surgeon but it was going to be a clean out 45 min. surgery and what I needed was to get my sinuses fixed so I stop getting so sick so often. When a friend of my had thyroid cancer and was scheduled for surgery with another doctor that she wasn’t comfortable with, she went to see Mothersole and loved her and her staff. Her surgery was a wonderful feeling and experience. She referred me and I was so sure I made the right decision when I experienced her staff and her clear and general demeanor. She looked at my CT scan and showed me how she could FIX my situation and I was so relieved! She is so gentle! She planned a 3 hour surgery instead of the 45 minute clean out. She doesn’t use cotton packs or jell and I was so relieved and much more comfortable with my post surgery recovery. I have several friends with chronic sinus issues that have had operations with no long term relief and they plan on coming to Austin to see her. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr Mothersole! She works a lot with children as well as adults and that takes a special and gentle doctor. Thanks Dr Mothersole.

I ACTUALLY FEEL SEEN! Dr, Mothersole is such a sweet and kind lady. she listens to you and actually cares about her patients. She really didn’t let me down! Unlike other Ents Dr Mothersole made me feel heard and taught me things I didn’t know or suspect before I highly advise this place! Also front staff were really cool too!

Today I visited ENT Specialist of Austin. The front office was so efficient, easy appointments and easy check-in. The cost are reasonable and transparent, have to hit that deductible! Dr. Youssef was patient and curious about my situation and symptoms. She was compassionant when she knew things were uncomfortable. She was knowledgable and willing to spend time explaining procedures and outcomes. Thank you for finding the cause of my illness.
