Wonderful practice. Very knowledgeable and caring.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Robert Nason and the team at ENT Specialists of Austin. From the very first consultation, I felt that I was in capable and caring hands. Dr. Nason’s explanations were clear, detailed, and easy to understand. He broke down a complicated condition in a way that gave me confidence in both his expertise and his genuine concern for my well-being. The staff were professional, attentive, and supportive every step of the way, making the process smooth and stress free!! To give some context, my journey here was not straightforward. I initially went to Tejas ENT, where I was scheduled for multiple office visits before I ever even met Dr. Tamez. When I finally did, I was shocked by the lack of transparency and the attempt to charge me $3,500 per pair of Propel stents (something he said insurance did not cover), something that felt dishonest and exploitative. Those experiences left me frustrated and wary, and I felt that the practice was more focused on financial gain than on my actual care. That’s when my intuition told me to seek a second opinion, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! With Dr. Nason, the contrast was night and day! He came across as someone I could trust immediately! Upon my first visit I felt that Dr. Nason was competent, compassionate, and straightforward. I had been suffering for 2 years with total loss of taste and smell, difficulty breathing, and complete sinus blockage with polyps. Three weeks after my surgery with Dr. Nason, I can finally breathe fully again, my nasal passages feel clear with each breath, and I’ve regained my sense of taste and smell. It feels life changing!! Oh yea, and Dr. Nason also put multiple the Propel Stents in my nose as it was indeed covered by insurance since it was just a regular part of his surgery process/costs! I am deeply grateful to Dr. Nason and his staff for their skill, integrity, and excellent care! As someone that experienced how a deceitful practice felt before, I wholeheartedly recommend ENT Specialists of Austin to anyone in need of sinus treatment or surgery!

Every visit has been pleasant. Wonderful office staff and Dr Nason👍 he is the best; so knowledgeable and pleasant, takes the time to listen and explain. He has been my Dr for years.

I used to get debilitating sinus infections that I just thought was 'that time of year' or 'it's going around' but they opened my eyes to the bigger problem. Turns out that I'm allergic to way more than I ever imagined. Amanda Ortega has taught me so much about how to easily avoid those sinus infections and she has made it SO EASY to schedule treatments. She genuinely cares about getting me better with simple to understand handouts and personalized follow through that makes every appointment an absolute delight to attend. Thank you Amanda!

I took my teenager to ENT Specialists to see about seasonal allergies. Turns out he's allergic to most of Texas! Amanda was great throughout the testing and treatment process. She explained all of the options and worked with us when we had to switch treatments due to scheduling issues. I highly recommend!

Dr. Nason answered every question I had. Also he explained clearly and demonstrated the procedures I needed to follow to feel better. Everyone in the office was friendly and knowledgeable .

I required a difficult surgery to remove a cyst in my neck amongst nerves and a gland. Dr Young performed the surgery and did such a wonderful job with no residual pain. I told Dr Young that i felt lucky she went into medicine because she really knows what she is doing and is thorough about explaining the procedure. Thank you Dr Young.
